Birthday Party

Service Description

Large white tent with two 6’ tables and 16 chairs and additional 6’ table for food and drinks will be set up when you arrive. You may come 15 minutes early to set up and you have 15 minutes at the end of the party to clean and pack up. You will need to bring food, cake, etc. We do offer decorating packages at an additional charge so please let us know if you are interested in that service. Schedule: First 20 minutes children will get to feed and pet/interact with the goats and chickens while we wait for all the guests to arrive. The next 40 minutes is for horse/pony rides led by Horse Creek Farm staff. Helmets are provided. The second hour you will be under the tent for your party. While we do not limit the number of guests, this party is appropriate for up to 15 kids. If you are planning on having a larger party, we recommend a 3 hour party. We do not offer refunds but will reschedule in the case of inclement weather. A little light rain is not a problem but if it’s going to be below freezing or heavy rain we prefer to move the party to a better weather day. We leave Sunday afternoons open to be able to re-schedule parties.
