Large white tent set up with two 6’ tables and 16 chairs.
Additional 6' table for food/cake
20 minutes to feed goats, chickens, and bunnies.
40 minutes of pony/horse rides
no limit on number of guests but works best for 15 kids
If you are going to have a large party, please inquire about booking a 3-hour party.

How early can I come to set up?

You may arrive 15 minutes early to set up for your party. If you need additional time let us know. If time is available, it will be billed at $75/half hour
How many tables and chairs are there for seating?

Horse Creek Farm will provide two 6' tables and 16 chairs.
What activities are included in the birthday party?

The first 20 minutes will include feeding the farm animals in the petting zoo. The children will get to interact with goats and chickens. The following 40 minutes of pony/horse rides led by HCF staff. The second hour is for your cake, presents, etc. You are responsible for all food and decorations. If you would like us to decorate for you, decorating packages are available at an additional cost.
What do we need to do to clean up?

All you need to do is bag all your trash in the receptacles provided. You have 15 minutes to clean up included in the price of your party. All cars must be off property within 15 minutes after the end of your party. Parking space is needed for lesson clients or clients arriving to set up for the next party.
How many guests can we invite?

There is no limit on the number of children, but the party is set up to work well for up to 15 kids. If you are expecting a large group, or have additional games and activities planned, we recommend a 3-hour party.
